Note: If you are NDIA agency managed, this means you can only access NDIS-registered providers.

Zero Cost to You

Plan management fees do not come out of your NDIS support budget. They are added on top of your care needs and paid for separately by the NDIS. This means that you do not have to sacrifice other funding supports and there is no out of pocket cost to you.

How do I get started?

At your planning meeting you can tell your NDIS contact that you would like a plan manager to support you. If you would like to get set up with us, ask them to record Swanlings as a participant-endorsed provider on your NDIS plan.

 

The NDIS will include funding in your plan. This is separate from your other services and supports in your budget. 

If you are mid-plan (currently self-managed or NDIA agency-managed) and want to switch to plan-managed, contact your NDIS contact or call the NDIS directly on 1800 800 110 to discuss how you can include plan management in your plan.
